As the Site IT Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure while ensuring a secure and efficient IT environment. Under the guidance of the Site IT Specialist, you will be a vital part of our mission to provide exceptional IT support to our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Be the first point of contact for all ICT support issues.

 - Provide first-level technical support to all LMSA employees in Mali.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues using remote and in-person support tools.

  - Maintain case and problem histories in LMSA's tracking system/IT Helpdesk application.

  - Resolve hardware-related problems (desktops, mobile phones, tablets, printers, scanners, etc.).

  - Install and configure new hardware and software according to company specifications.

 - Assist in the implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure and systems.

- Collaborate on policy implementation, including Change Management, to ensure top-quality systems and user experience.

  - Liaise with third-party IT consultants and subject matter experts to expand technical resources.

  - Periodically review and document compliance with IT Internal controls and policies.

  - Provide technical support for IT Hosted applications (e.g., Pronto Xi). 

Position Holder Requirements:

- A minimum of a 2-year degree in information technology or an equivalent qualification.

- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT functions.

- Proficiency in both French and English.

- Knowledge of LAN/WAN/Firewall concepts.

- Experience with antivirus and related packages/applications.

- Knowledge and/or experience with Microsoft Windows 10, 11, and Windows Server.

- Experience using and administering Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and their underlying concepts.

- Autonomy with a strong ability to work effectively in a team.

- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, professional work approach.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
