Position Title: Haulage Shift Site Coordinator
Location: Goulamina, Mali
Reporting Relationship: Reports to Product Haulage Supervisor
Position Purpose:
The Site Haulage Co-Ordinator is responsible for driving operational excellence within all aspects of the logistics team, including analytical set-up and improvements, fleet optimization, and contributing to the establishment of a solid reputation and infrastructure report.
Major Responsibility Areas:
Transport & Logistics:
- Coach, support, and lead by example a dynamic and diverse team of road train operators, mobile plant operators, and fleet
- Review and coordinate fleet and equipment to ensure optimum utilization and productivity levels, aligned with required maintenance activities and schedules
Corporate Responsibilities:
- Ensure all legislative, regulatory, and statutory obligations are met
- Provide reports suitable for executive and board distribution
- Conform to company policy and protocols and ensure compliance with all statutory and company obligations
- Undertake any other responsibilities as reasonably required
Position Holder Requirements:
- At least 3 years of successful experience in Supply Chain or Logistics, ideally gained in freight forwarding
- Qualification in Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, or Logistics
- Knowledge of export documentation and relevant terms is essential
- Forklift and car license
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Previous experience with Accounting software
- Fluent in English and proficient in French (desirable)

- A can-do attitude with the ability to identify and prioritize problems and issues, generate solutions, and work collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes

- Initiative to construct new processes in addition to implementation/enhancement of existing process structure
- Demonstrated background of building and retaining a strong team culture
